### Example Report

| Brand          | Mentions | Visibility | Avg Position |
| -------------- | -------- | ---------- | ------------ |
| **Your Brand** | 20       | 40%        | #2.0         |
| Competitor A   | 35       | 70%        | #1.5 ⭐       |
| Competitor B   | 28       | 56%        | #2.2         |

## Gap Analysis

### Prompts Where You're Missing

See queries where competitors appear but you don't:

**Example**:

```
Prompt: "Best CRM for startups"
✅ Mentioned: Salesforce (#1), HubSpot (#2), Pipedrive (#3)
❌ Not mentioned: Your brand
```

**Action**: Optimize content for "CRM for startups" keyword

### Engines Where Competitors Win

**Example**:

```
Claude mentions:
- Competitor A: 8/10 prompts
- You: 2/10 prompts
Action: Study what Claude values (citations, detailed answers)
```

## Learning from Competitors

### Content Strategy

Visit competitor websites and note:

* **Keywords they use**: What terms appear frequently?
* **Page structure**: How is content organized?
* **Use cases**: What industries do they target?
* **Social proof**: Case studies, testimonials, client logos

### AI Optimization Tactics

Check if competitors:

* Have FAQ pages (AI loves structured Q\&A)
* Publish blog posts (more content = more visibility)
* Have comparison pages ("vs Competitor" pages)
* Get mentioned in directories/review sites

***

## Tracking Competitors

### Create Competitor Projects

1. Go to **Analytics** > **AI Search**
2. Create project with competitor domain
3. Use same prompts as your own analysis
4. Compare results

**Benefits**:

* Track competitor visibility over time
* See their strengths/weaknesses
* Identify opportunities to overtake them
