Usage Tracking

tldr.work tracks billable usage so you always know where your budget is going.

What Is Logged

For each billable operation, the platform records:
  • operation type (AI Search, enrichment, email generation, email sent, etc.)
  • service category
  • cost charged
  • timestamp
This data powers your Billing dashboard views.

Where to See Usage

Open Billing

In the app, click your avatar in the top-right, then click Billing.

Check Usage This Cycle

See total spend for the current cycle and a breakdown by service.

Check Recent Activity

See line-by-line operations with individual costs and timestamps.

Switch period

Use the period filter (7d / 30d) to inspect recent trends.
