Quick Start Guide

Get up and running with tldr.work in just 5 minutes. This guide will walk you through: ✅ Creating your account
✅ Setting up your workspace
✅ Running your first sales automation OR AI brand analysis

Step 1: Create Your Account

1. Go to app.tldr.work/register
2. Enter your email and password
3. Verify your email (check your inbox)
4. You’re in! 🎉

Step 2: Choose Your Path

Pick what you want to try first:

Path A: Sales Automation

Find Your First Prospects

1. Click “Find Prospects” in the sidebar
2. Enter your search criteria:
   • Search Query: e.g., “French bakeries in Paris”
   • Location (optional): “Paris, France”
   • Max Results: Start with 10
3. Click “Start Search”

Review Your Prospects

Once the search completes:

• View company details (name, website, industry)
• Check verified email addresses
• See enrichment scores

Create Your First Campaign

1. Select prospects (checkbox on the left)
2. Click “Create Campaign”
3. Fill in campaign details:
   • Campaign Name: e.g., “Paris Bakeries Outreach”
   • Email Subject: Write or generate with AI
   • Email Body: Write or generate with AI
4. Click “Launch Campaign”

Track Performance

Go to Campaigns to see:

• Emails sent
• Open rates
• Click rates
• Replies

Path B: AI Brand Monitoring

Create Your First Project

1. Go to Analytics > AI Search
2. Click ”+ New Project”
3. Enter your domain (e.g., mycompany.com)
4. Give it a name (optional)
5. Click “Create Project”

Analyze Your Domain

1. Click “Analyze Domain”
2. Wait ~20 seconds while AI extracts:
   • Company name and industry
   • Services and products
   • Location and keywords
   • Potential competitors
3. Review the analysis

Generate Test Prompts

1. Click “Generate Prompts”
2. Choose language (English, French, Spanish, etc.)
3. Wait ~10 seconds

You’ll get 10 prompts across categories:

• Brand: Direct questions about your company
• Product: Questions about your offerings
• Competitor: Comparison queries
• Intent: Discovery queries (most valuable!)

Run Your First Analysis

1. Review and activate/deactivate prompts
2. Click “Run Analysis”
3. Select AI engines to test:
   • ✅ ChatGPT (GPT-5)
   • ✅ Claude 3.5 Sonnet
   • ✅ Gemini 2.5 Flash
   • ✅ Perplexity Sonar Pro
   • ✅ Mistral Large
4. Click “Start Analysis”

View Results

Once complete, you’ll see:

• Visibility Score: % of responses mentioning your brand
• Average Position: Where you rank in AI responses
• Sentiment: How AI talks about you
• Competitors Mentioned: Who AI recommends instead

Step 3: Check Billing and Credits

1. Click your avatar in the top-right corner
2. Open Billing
3. Review:
   • remaining credits
   • recent billable operations
   • current plan and cycle
